I started as a lawyer at commercial firms, then moved to the business side: I built and ran operations at growing companies: finance, logistics, legal, customer service and more. From the warehouse to the boardroom. Today I run Blumin Law Office, and alongside it I'm co-founder and manager of Miryam, one of Israel's strongest medical-cannabis brands.

That's why I understand the numbers, the people, and what happens to a decision the day after. I made my first decisions under pressure in the field, long before law school.

Today I work with business owners, founders and investors on deals, partnerships and commercial disputes. The approach is simple: understand the business first, then write, and stay until it actually works.
