Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information is collected on mbm-law.co.il, why, what is done with it and what your rights are. I wrote it in plain language.
1. Who is responsible for the information
The controller of the database is Adv. Alex Blumin (Blumin Law Office), Tel Aviv. For any privacy question or request: alex@mbm-law.co.il or 054-789-8049.
2. What information is collected
- Contact form: name, phone, email and the content of your enquiry. I also store the time of consent, the version of the notice shown, the page the enquiry was sent from, and the campaign details you arrived from (if any).
- Newsletter, only if you ticked it separately: email, name, language, the time you joined and the time you unsubscribed.
- The exposure check on the site: your answers stay in your browser and are not sent to me.
- Technical information: as with any website, the hosting provider records basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.
- Reaching out by WhatsApp, phone or email: the details you send reach me, and that platform's privacy policy also applies to them.
3. Why the information is collected
- To get back to you about your enquiry and set up a call.
- To send you the newsletter, only if you agreed to it separately.
- To operate and secure the website.
- To meet legal obligations, if any apply.
4. Do you have to provide the information
No. There is no legal obligation to provide the details, and providing them depends on your wish and consent. Without contact details I can't get back to you through the form, and you can always reach out by WhatsApp, phone or email. Signing up for the newsletter is not required and does not affect how your enquiry is handled.
5. Who the information is passed to
- The information is not sold and is not given to anyone for their own use.
- Only I see the enquiries.
- The information is stored and processed with service providers that run the website for me: website and database hosting, sending emails, and later also the newsletter system. Some providers process information on servers outside Israel. They process the information only for the service they provide to me.
- If the law requires it, the information will be given to the competent authority.
- The current list of providers is available on request.
6. How long the information is kept
- An enquiry that did not become an engagement: deleted 12 months after the last contact.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, only a record of the unsubscribe itself is kept, so you are not added again by mistake.
- Technical information: according to the hosting provider's policy.
7. Information security
Access to enquiries is limited to me alone, and the information is stored in systems with reasonable security measures. No system is completely protected, so I cannot guarantee that a security incident will never happen.
8. Your rights
- To review the information about you (section 13 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981).
- To ask to correct or delete information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981).
- To unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, through the link in every email or by contacting me.
- To withdraw consent you gave, from now on.
For any such request: alex@mbm-law.co.il. If you did not receive a satisfactory answer, you can contact the Privacy Protection Authority: ppa@justice.gov.il.
9. Cookies and measurement tools
The site uses Google Analytics to measure use of the site in general. The tool does not receive from me the details you provide in the form.
10. Minors
The site is intended for business owners and is not intended for minors.
11. Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated. A material change will also be marked on the site.
